The Edge on Beaches is situated 300 metres from the beautiful beaches of Agnes Water. A short stroll to the beach and close to restaurants & shops we are perfectly positioned for you to enjoy the beauty of Agnes Water & 1770.

Set on three and a half acres with tropical landscaped gardens, the resort offers the perfect accommodation base with its 56 uniquely styled villas for you and your family. All the villas are totally self contained with the latest amenities.
The villas include aircon, 2 beds have a fully-self contained Kitchen & 1 beds have Kitchenette, wireless internet,Austar TV, private patio area,outside room carport, four swimming pools 1 which is solar heated for winter getaways all complete with BBQ/sunlounge area and feature shade sails, and surrounded by tropical landscaped gardens.

There is no restaurant onsite, however there are many good restaurants close by in Agnes Water and 1770. There are BBQ’s in the pool area for guests to enjoy cooking their own delicacies.

Getting There
Travelling North on the Bruce Highway, follow the signs to Bundaberg. From Bundaberg follow the signs out of town for Town of 1770 approx 120km. On arrival in Agnes Water follow the sign for 1770, The Edge on Beaches is approx 2km on the right hand side.
Travelling South on the Bruce Highway, turn left to 1770 at Miriam Vale approx 50km, as you come into Agnes Water follow the sign for 1770, The Edge on Beaches is approx 2km on the right hand side.
Parking
Off-street parking is provided as every Villa has it’s own carport right outside room suitable for one vehicle. A small visitors carpark is also available.
